Can I charge per game instead of per minute for pool?
Yes. Pool can bill by the minute or a flat price per game, with an optional minimum charge. If you also run snooker, each activity keeps its own billing mode and price.
How does “loser pays” work?
When a game ends, the cashier taps who lost. That game goes on the loser’s tab and the next game starts straight away on the same table with the same players.
Can I run pool and snooker tables in the same software?
Yes. Add pool as its own activity with its own price; the floor groups pool and snooker tables, and reports show takings for each.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. CueTime is offline-first: the counter device keeps running with no internet, so a dropped connection never stops a session or loses a bill. Optional cloud sync keeps a second till and the owner’s phone in step whenever you are online.
