A gaming café sells time. Teams come in for a Counter-Strike session, solo players want an hour of Valorant, regulars top up and come back, and the canteen does steady business between matches. The hard part isn’t the games — it’s knowing exactly who has which PC, until when, and what they owe.

CueTime gives every PC a meter and every session a bill. Start a PC at your hourly rate or book it for a set time, see at a glance which machines free up when, and settle the bill — gaming time and snacks together — the moment the session ends. Owners get takings, busy hours and profit without standing at the counter.

What it does

Built for selling hours on gaming PCs

Hourly billing, bookings and prepaid regulars — the way PC lounges actually work.

Per-hour PC billing

Price your PCs per hour with an optional one-hour minimum; extra time is charged by the minute. Different machines can carry their own rate — a high-end rig can cost more.

Book sessions for a set time

Book 1 to 4 hours when a player sits down, paid up front or at the end. Leaving early pays for the booking; staying longer adds only the extra minutes.

See when every PC frees up

Booked PCs show “Ends 9:40 PM” and flag when time is up — so the counter can tell the next player exactly how long to wait.

Prepaid balance for regulars

Regulars top up a balance and play from it with no cash at the counter. Their history and remaining balance are one tap away; optional free hours reward loyalty.

Canteen on the session

Energy drinks, snacks and meals go onto the PC’s tab and settle with the gaming time, or sell over the counter — with optional stock tracking.

Reservations

Reserve a PC for a player or a team ahead of time and start it on arrival. With online booking switched on, players can reserve from your link.

Consoles, snooker and more

Run PCs alongside PlayStation consoles, snooker or pool in the same app — grouped on screen, priced separately, reported separately.

Reports, expenses and profit

Takings per activity and per PC, busiest hours, expenses and cash-basis profit, cash-drawer counts and a full audit trail for the owner.

Offline-first on any device

Installs like an app on the counter PC or a tablet and keeps billing with no internet. Staff and admin logins keep the counter honest.

One app for the whole club

Snooker, pool, consoles, PCs and courts — together

Many clubs run more than one thing under one roof. CueTime prices each activity on its own, groups them on one floor, and splits them out in your reports — for one PKR 2,500 monthly price.

FAQ

Gaming café software, answered

How does CueTime bill gaming PCs?

Add PC gaming as an activity with your hourly price and number of PCs. Each PC bills at that rate from the moment it starts — by default with a one-hour minimum, then by the minute — and the bill is ready the moment the session is timed off.

Can players prepay for gaming time?

Yes, two ways. A session booked for a set time can be paid when it starts. And regulars can top up a prepaid balance that pays for any session or snack later with no cash changing hands.

Can I see when a PC will be free?

Booked PCs show the exact time their session ends, on the counter and on the owner’s phone, and turn amber when time is up so staff can tell the next player how long to wait.

Can different PCs have different prices?

Yes. The activity has a base hourly price, and any single PC can carry its own weekday and weekend rate — useful for premium machines.

Does it work if the internet goes down?

Yes. CueTime is offline-first: the counter device keeps running with no internet, so a dropped connection never stops a session or loses a bill. Optional cloud sync keeps a second till and the owner’s phone in step whenever you are online.

What does it cost?

CueTime is free for 30 days, then PKR 2,500 a month for the whole club — every feature, unlimited consoles, PCs, courts, tables and staff. No card is needed to start.
