Padel is booked, not walked into. Players message to ask what’s free on Friday evening, double-bookings happen when two staff answer at once, and the court sheet on the wall never matches the WhatsApp chat. Every unanswered message is a court that sits empty.

CueTime puts your courts online: share a booking link and players pick a date, time and length against live availability — a court can never be booked twice for the same slot. At the club, staff see the day’s bookings, start a court when players arrive, and bill it by the hour or a fixed slot price.

What it does

Everything a padel club needs to fill its courts

Online booking, a court schedule and billing that matches how padel is sold.

Online booking from your link

Share one link on WhatsApp or Instagram. Players choose a date, start time and length within your opening hours and get an instant confirmation — no app or account needed.

No double-bookings

Availability is live, and the server refuses an overlapping booking on the same court even if two people tap at once — so one court is never sold twice.

Per-hour or slot pricing

Charge courts by the hour with a one-hour minimum, or a flat price per session. Any single court can carry its own weekday and weekend price.

Bookings at the counter

See today’s and upcoming reservations, mark online bookings, assign a court when players arrive — which starts the timer — and message them a confirmation on WhatsApp.

“Ends at” for every court

A booked court shows exactly when it frees up and flags when time is up, so the next group isn’t kept waiting.

Café and shop on the tab

Drinks, snacks and ball tubes go onto the court’s tab and settle with the booking, or sell over the counter with optional stock tracking.

Listed in the club directory

Clubs that take online bookings can appear in the CueTime clubs directory by city, with their amenities and a direct booking link.

Snooker, PlayStation and more

Run padel courts next to snooker, pool or a gaming lounge in one app — each with its own price, its own bookings and its own line in reports.

Reports and owner alerts

Takings per court and per activity, busiest hours, expenses and profit — plus a phone alert for every new online booking.

One app for the whole club

Snooker, pool, consoles, PCs and courts — together

Many clubs run more than one thing under one roof. CueTime prices each activity on its own, groups them on one floor, and splits them out in your reports — for one PKR 2,500 monthly price.

FAQ

Padel court booking, answered

How do players book a padel court online?

Turn on online booking in Settings and share your club’s link. Players pick padel, a date, a start time and how long they want to play, see which slots are free, and enter their name and phone. The booking lands in your Reservations instantly and you get a phone alert.

Can two people book the same court at the same time?

No. Availability is checked live, and the database itself refuses an overlapping booking on a court, so even two simultaneous requests can’t both get the same slot — the second player is asked to pick another time.

Can I charge a fixed price per booking instead of per hour?

Yes. Each activity can bill per hour (with an optional one-hour minimum, then by the minute) or a flat price per session. You can also give individual courts their own weekday and weekend rate.

Do players need an account or an app?

No. Booking works in any phone browser from your link. Players only give a name and phone number so the club can confirm.

Does it work without internet at the club?

Yes. CueTime is offline-first: the counter device keeps running with no internet, so a dropped connection never stops a session or loses a bill. Optional cloud sync keeps a second till and the owner’s phone in step whenever you are online.

How much does it cost?

CueTime is free for 30 days, then PKR 2,500 a month for the whole club — every feature, unlimited consoles, PCs, courts, tables and staff. No card is needed to start.
