A PlayStation lounge is busiest exactly when it is hardest to keep track: friends book “two hours on Console 3”, someone wants one more match, snacks go on the tab and half the group wants to pay later. A notebook and a wall clock lose money every night — sessions run over unnoticed, rounding is guesswork, and nobody is sure which console is free next.

CueTime turns every console into a meter. Start a console and the session runs at your hourly rate; book it for a set time and the screen shows exactly when it ends; time it off and the bill is ready, snacks included. The owner sees the whole floor, the takings and who still owes money from their phone.

What it does

Everything a PlayStation lounge needs at the counter

Built for how gaming lounges actually charge — by the hour, with bookings and regulars.

Hourly billing with a one-hour minimum

Set a price per hour for your consoles. Short sessions pay for the full first hour, then extra time is charged by the minute — and the cashier can still round a bill down with one tap.

Book 2 hours, pay up front

When players say “two hours”, book it at start. Take the money now or at the end; leaving early still pays for the booking, going over adds just the extra minutes.

“Ends at” on every console

A booked console shows the exact time it frees up, then turns amber with a chime when time is up — on the counter and on the owner’s phone. Nothing stops a game on its own.

Snacks and drinks on the tab

Ring up cold drinks and snacks onto a console’s tab so they settle with the gaming time, or sell them over the counter. Optional stock tracking warns when something runs low.

Regulars and prepaid hours

Save your regulars, see their history, and let them top up a prepaid balance that pays for sessions with no cash. Optional loyalty gives free time after a set number of hours played.

Pay later, collected by name

Unpaid sessions and snacks roll up under each player’s name. Settle a whole tab or part of it, and carry the rest to another day — nothing slips through.

Snooker, pool and PCs too

Run consoles next to snooker tables, pool tables or gaming PCs in one app — each activity with its own price, grouped on screen, and split out in your reports.

Owner reports and alerts

Takings by activity and by console, busiest hours, expenses and profit, and cash-drawer counts — plus phone alerts for undone sessions and big discounts.

Works offline, installs like an app

Runs on the tablet or PC you already have, with or without internet. Staff logins for the counter, an admin login for the owner, and a full audit trail.

One app for the whole club

Snooker, pool, consoles, PCs and courts — together

Many clubs run more than one thing under one roof. CueTime prices each activity on its own, groups them on one floor, and splits them out in your reports — for one PKR 2,500 monthly price.

FAQ

PlayStation café software, answered

How do I charge per hour for PlayStation consoles?

Add PlayStation as an activity in Settings, set your price per hour and how many consoles you have. Every console then bills at that rate. By default a session costs at least one full hour, and time beyond the first hour is charged by the minute; you can change or turn off the minimum per activity.

Can customers book a console for a set time and pay in advance?

Yes. When starting a console, pick 1 to 4 hours and optionally mark it paid now. The money goes into the day’s takings straight away, the console shows when the booking ends, and at the end the cashier only collects any extra time played.

What happens when a booked session runs out?

The console turns amber and plays a short chime so staff can tell the players or extend. The meter keeps running — CueTime never stops a game by itself — and any time past the booking is billed by the minute.

Can I run PlayStation and snooker in the same software?

Yes. CueTime handles snooker, pool, PlayStation, gaming PCs, padel and more in one club. Each activity has its own price and wording — consoles say “who’s paying?”, snooker keeps “who lost?” — and reports show takings per activity.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. CueTime is offline-first: the counter device keeps running with no internet, so a dropped connection never stops a session or loses a bill. Optional cloud sync keeps a second till and the owner’s phone in step whenever you are online.

How much does it cost?

CueTime is free for 30 days, then PKR 2,500 a month for the whole club — every feature, unlimited consoles, PCs, courts, tables and staff. No card is needed to start.
